Music United is not-for-profit by design. Every charge passed to artists is the direct, unmodified source cost from our infrastructure providers — no markup, no platform cut, no hidden fee. When you pay for storage or bandwidth, you pay exactly what we pay.
This is a standing commitment, not a marketing line. The Program exists to make that transparent and hold us to it — openly and permanently.
Development
Built with AI, Shaped by the Community
Music United is developed using AI-assisted tooling. This keeps our development overhead minimal, which means we can build quickly and keep costs low — but more importantly, it means we can respond to you.
Artists and listeners can submit feature requests and vote on what gets built next. The most-supported ideas move into active development. You are not just using the platform — you are shaping it.

Media storage and delivery runs on Backblaze B2 — one of the most affordable and transparent cloud storage providers available. We pass their costs straight through to you, at the rate we are charged, with nothing added on top.
